Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in New Cairo. Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, managing schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. Additional duties involve handling phone calls, ensuring professional communication, and assisting executives with day-to-day needs. The Administrative Assistant will also support clerical functions, such as document preparation and organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication abilities
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as document management and organizational methods
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
