Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Hospitality Division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a focus on supporting strategic decision-making in the hospitality industry. This role will involve collaborating closely with various departments to provide insights that drive business performance and ensure financial sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the hospitality or related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of financial statements and operational metrics pertinent to the hospitality sector.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
