Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:
  • Present Monthly, Quarterly, yearly financial reports to the Board of Directors.

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial performance and variances to identify key drivers and areas for improvement.

  • Financial Forecasting & Budgeting:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles. Provide insightful financial modeling, scenario analysis, and trend forecasting to inform business strategy.

  • Business Partnership:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders across departments to support decision-making through financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost management, and investment evaluations.

  • Data Analytics & Modeling:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections. Leverage data analytics to identify business trends and provide strategic insights.

  • Performance Management:

  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs. Provide regular updates to senior management and recommend actions to improve financial performance.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Identify and drive improvements in financial planning processes and systems. Ensure efficient and effective use of financial data for decision-making.

Job specifications:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles, with at least 3-5 years of leadership or team management experience

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Expert in using Power BI, Excel,

  • Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
