Role & Responsibilities

  1. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, incorporating various financial scenarios and assumptions.
  3. Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, to support management decisions and provide actionable insights.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data, ensuring comprehensive and accurate financial reporting.
  5. Conduct financial benchmarking against market trends to support strategic planning.
  6. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  7. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely submission of financial statements.
  8. Evaluate the financial performance of projects, investments, and business units, providing recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  9. Assist in Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis and reporting.
  10. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining the integrity of financial data and reporting processes.
  11. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects, addressing specific business needs and strategic initiatives.

Educational background, Skills, and Experience

  1. 3+ years of experience with a proven success record preferably in the same role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting or relevant field.
  3. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel – Word – PowerPoint).
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage stakeholders' expectations.
  6. Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
