English Recruiter – Call Center
and help us build a top-performing customer service team
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview English-speaking candidates for call center roles
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding
Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels to attract top talent
Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess communication skills and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview and hiring processes
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in
call center recruitment
or high-volume hiring - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess English proficiency and soft skills effectively
- Familiarity with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
and recruitment tools - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple vacancies
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
