About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Egypt. The

ideal candidate will manage the sales team, drive business growth, and ensure that our marketing

strategy is effectively executed in the field. This role requires a results-driven leader who can

balance strategy with hands-on team management and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand both direct and indirect sales channels across Egypt.
  • Execute and align sales activities with the company's marketing plan and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse manager to ensure timely product delivery and smooth
  • operations.
  • Visit customers regularly to assess service quality, support the sales team, and strengthen
  • relationships.
  • Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Report regularly to senior management on sales results, opportunities, and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a distribution or B2B environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with a record of achieving sales growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and its implementation within sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a results-oriented team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
