Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing university and institutional clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Present software solutions to potential clients.
- Work closely with technical, product, and implementation teams to ensure client needs are fully delivered.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales performance reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within EdTech.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 2 years of experience in software sales, IT solutions, or B2B account management.
- Strong understanding of software systems and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience selling to the education sector is a strong plus.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated to grow in the sales field.
