Job Purpose:

The Business Performance Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting company-wide performance data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. The role focuses on developing and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and balanced scorecards while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and validate KPI-related data from all company departments.
  • Report and analyze abnormal data, ensuring proper justifications are received.
  • Discuss monthly KPIs with each concerned department to ensure understanding and alignment.
  • Prepare and present the company's
    Balanced Scorecard
    on a monthly basis.
  • Develop
    dashboards and reports
    to track KPIs, budgets, and cost performance.
  • Work with
    ERP systems (Oracle)
    to extract and analyze business data.
  • Identify and implement
    process improvements and automation opportunities
    .
  • Support the
    rollout of digital tools, systems, and reports
    .
  • Facilitate
    coordination between departments
    through various activities and projects.
  • Execute
    performance planning activities
    from initiation to implementation.
  • Finalize and launch approved KPIs and Balanced Scorecards for all required functions.
  • Automate KPI presentation and add performance commentary where needed.
  • Identify and define relevant
    functional KPIs
    for the Engineering and other company sectors.
  • Support
    Performance Planning
    activities to ensure achievement of set targets.
  • Develop a
    comprehensive KPI directory
    to be submitted to the CEO monthly.
  • Provide analytical commentary on company performance and highlight weak points.
  • Develop
    function-based scorecards
    derived from KPI dashboard results.
  • Benchmark
    company KPIs against market and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the
    application team
    to enhance Power BI–ERP integration for improved KPI reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience as a
    Business Analyst
    within the
    construction or contracting sector
    .
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation
    abilities.
  • Solid understanding of
    construction KPIs
    (CPI, SPI, Earned Value, etc.).
  • Proven ability to
    work cross-functionally
    with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with
    ERP systems (Oracle)
    and proficiency in
    Excel and Power BI
    .
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
