Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Sadat City for a Quality Control Section Head. The Quality Control Section Head will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with quality assurance and management protocols. They will conduct laboratory tests, analyze results, and implement quality management systems. The role requires collaboration with various departments to maintain and enhance product quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or science.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Quality Control, preferably within the frozen fruits and vegetables sector.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality certifications (e.g., ISO, BRC, HACCP).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Resident of Sadat City or nearby areas is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure implementation of all quality control procedures across production lines.
  • Monitor product quality and compliance with company and international standards.
  • Lead the QC team to achieve continuous improvement in quality and safety performance.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to address quality issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation for audits and certifications.
