Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D Section Head based in 10th of Ramadan. The R&D Section Head will oversee and lead research and development projects, manage teams, and ensure alignment with company goals and standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, analyzing product development outcomes, and spearheading innovation in line with regulatory and industry best practices. The role involves collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making in R&D processes
  • Proven Team Management and Team Leadership capabilities to guide, motivate, and oversee team members
  • Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) methodologies and practices
  • Proficiency in Project Management to ensure timely delivery of R&D objectives
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
