Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in October, Egypt for an Automotive Sales Representative. The role involves consulting with customers to understand their vehicle needs, presenting suitable automotive options, and facilitating the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative will also focus on building long-term customer relationships for retention and repeat business, as well as maintaining excellent service standards throughout the sales journey.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a competitive environment
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is highly regarded
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
  • Proficient in using sales management software and tools
