Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness across Abu Auf's branches. Responsibilities include managing inventory, streamlining operational workflows, and supervising teams to ensure compliance with company standards. The role will require planning and implementing business strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating across departments to achieve growth and operational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, which requires strong organizational and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, resource allocation, and process optimization
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to analyze data, track key metrics, and implement strategies for improvement
- Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Experience within the food retail, FMCG, or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus
