Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and enhance daily operations across departments. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with at least 5 years in operations or related leadership roles, who is also willing to relocate to
Saudi Arabia.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of logistics, procurement, warehousing, and customer service functions, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all day-to-day operational activities across departments (warehouse, logistics, etc.).
- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
- Implement and enforce SOPs and operational KPIs.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage inventory control and stock accuracy across multiple locations.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and 3PL providers to maintain strong service levels.
- Ensure high standards in order processing, fulfillment, and after-sales support.
- Handle escalations, complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement service improvements.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management,
preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment. - Proven track record of managing teams and optimizing operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
