Senior Performance Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities – Performance Management SpecialistPerformance Management :
- Performance Cycle Management: Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, quarter/mid-year reviews, and year-end appraisals, ensuring adherence to timelines and policies.
- Performance Initiatives: Act as the Project Manager for organizational performance improvement initiatives (e.g., competency model rollouts, culture change projects, or productivity enhancement drivers). Coordinate cross-functional teams, define project milestones, track progress, and ensure the successful implementation of these tasks.
- KPI & OKR Alignment: Collaborate with department heads to define, validate, and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure they are measurable and aligned with business strategy.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize BI tools (e.g., Incorta) to extract, validate, and analyze performance data. Present deep insights and trends to management regarding workforce productivity, high performers, and areas of concern.
- Coaching: Act as a subject matter expert to coach managers on effective feedback delivery, conducting difficult performance conversations, and setting "SMART" goals.
- Performance Improvement: Identify underperformance trends and assist managers in creating and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to address gaps.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance management system configuration, ensuring accurate data tracking and user-friendly processes for all employees.
- Coordination with BI Team: Partner closely with the Business Intelligence team to resolve reporting issues and continuously refine performance dashboards for better visibility.
- Targeted Training Needs Analysis: Use performance appraisal data and competency assessments to identify specific training needs at individual and functional levels.
- Program Coordination: Coordinate and execute essential training plans, including onboarding for new hires, ensuring they understand performance expectations from day one.
- LMS Administration: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by maintaining user access, uploading necessary content, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- External Partnerships: Manage relationships with external training providers and educational institutes only when specific niche training is required to close performance gaps.
- Internship Program: Oversee the allocation and performance tracking of interns to ensure learning objectives are met efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with a strong focus on Performance Management systems, KPI setting, and Data Analysis.
- Proven experience in managing projects or leading cross-functional initiatives.
Moderate experience in Training coordination and LMS management.
Proficiency in developing and analyzing performance management frameworks and KPIs.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Digital fluency with HRIS/Performance Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and objectivity in all aspects of performance management.
- Fluency in English—additional language skills are considered a plus.
