  • Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Performance & Growth Marketer to lead and execute our paid marketing and growth initiatives.

This is a hands-on role, focused on performance, optimization, and ROI, working closely with senior management.

The ideal candidate understands how to translate strategy into execution, manage multiple paid channels, and continuously improve results through data-driven decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook – Leads / WhatsApp)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall ROI
  • Conduct ongoing testing, optimization, and scaling of campaigns
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators by providing clear briefs and performance insights
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform campaign decisions
  • Improve digital presence across key touchpoints, including Google Maps & Reviews (advantage)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Identify challenges such as competition, budget efficiency, and growth opportunities, and propose actionable solutions

  • Clear visibility into marketing ROI

  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with multinational companies and/or large-scale brands is highly preferred
  • Ability to work remotely from Cairo, Egypt for a Saudi-based company
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of the full funnel (Lead → Conversion → Sale)
  • Experience with Automotive, Luxury, or High-ticket services is a strong plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office
