Role Description

This is a full-time & remote role for a
Senior QC – Performance Testing
.

The Senior QC will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products through
automation testing using Selenium & Playwright and performance testing using JMeter & LoadRunner
.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to deliver stable, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain
    automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium and Playwright
    .
  • Plan and execute
    performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter and LoadRunner
    .
  • Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports.
  • Track, log, verify, and close defects using defect tracking tools.
  • Participate in
    test planning, estimation, and release readiness activities
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.
  • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience
    in Automation & Performance Testing.
  • Proven hands-on experience with
    Selenium Automation
    .
  • Proven hands-on experience with
    Playwright Automation
    .
  • Solid experience in
    Performance Testing using JMeter
    .
  • Solid experience in
    Performance Testing using LoadRunner
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Experience in
    API Testing
    using tools such as Postman or similar.
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
