Role Description

The HR Performance Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing performance management systems to align employee objectives with organizational goals. They support managers in setting
KPIs
, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves analyzing performance data to identify improvement areas and drive employee development. Ultimately, they help foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Performance Management System

  • Develop and maintain the organization's P
    erformance Management System (PMS)
    , ensuring it aligns with company strategy and culture.
  • Coordinate annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles (objective setting, performance reviews, feedback sessions).
  • Monitor consistency and fairness in evaluation processes across all departments.
  • Provide training and support for managers and employees on performance management tools and processes.

KPIs & Goal Setting

  • Support departments in developing SMART goals and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure cascading of objectives from top management to individual contributors.
  • Regularly track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze performance data to generate reports and dashboards for management.
  • Identify high performers and low performers for talent development or performance improvement plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for HR planning, promotions, and reward programs.

Employee Development & Improvement

  • Work closely with Learning & Development to link performance outcomes with training needs.
  • Support implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where necessary.
  • Promote a culture of feedback, recognition, and accountability.

System Administration

  • Manage digital performance management platforms (
    SAP SuccessFactors
    ).
  • Ensure accurate data entry, timely updates, and proper system utilization by all users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5:7
    years of experience in HR with a focus on performance management or HR analytics.
  • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and
    KPI systems.
  • Proven experience in
    SAP

SuccessFactors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
- Certification in HR is a plus.
