We're looking for a
Senior Performance & Growth Marketer
who can take us from strong to unstoppable.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance & Growth

  • Plan, and optimize paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and display.
  • Set up and monitor growth dashboards (ROAS, CAC, LTV, cohorts).
  • Lead campaigns end-to-end: briefing → budgeting & launch → optimization → reporting.

Retention & CRM

  • Design and test email, SMS, and push flows to increase repeat purchases and LTV.

Campaigns & Brand

  • Plan, execute, and monitor monthly and seasonal campaigns (Fengany Friday, Ramadan, New Year).
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, positioning, and storytelling across channels.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement & operations to protect margins and ensure stock readiness.

Offline Marketing & PR

  • Plan and execute offline activations (events, pop-ups, partnerships, sampling).
  • Manage PR initiatives, brand collaborations, and influencer seeding.
  • Coordinate press features, brand mentions, and community presence to strengthen brand trust.

What We're Looking For:


• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce / performance marketing


• Analytical, structured, and highly comfortable with numbers and dashboards


• Practical experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and performance (e.g. creative ideation, copy testing, audience insights, reporting automation).


• Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing workflows and experimentation.


• Fluent in English & Arabic, with a strong understanding of local digital culture and consumer behavior.
