Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Visa Officer role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Visa Officer will manage visa application processes, assist clients in navigating visa requirements, and address immigration issues. Key responsibilities include reviewing documentation, offering customer support, and ensuring compliance with current regulations. The role requires providing accurate advice, maintaining strong communication, and supporting students throughout the visa application process.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of visas and immigration issues, with experience in handling visa applications
  • Customer service skills and the ability to provide clear guidance to clients
  • Goodl organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Good command in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in mandatory and preferred
