Splendid Travel is looking for a qualified and experienced Visa Services Coordinator to join our operations team in Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to visa-related inquiries from clients promptly and accurately.
  • Provide full support in organizing and processing client documents for visa applications.
  • Assess and evaluate visa applications based on the latest embassy guidelines.
  • Willingness to work both in-office and in the field as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of visa requirements and application procedures.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar tourism role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client files with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
