Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Officer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Visa Officer will be responsible for processing visa applications, addressing immigration issues, and providing exceptional customer service to students. Daily tasks include managing visa documentation, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations. Additionally, the Visa Officer will communicate with partner universities and agencies to stay informed about visa requirements and updates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling Visa applications and Immigration Issues
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in the education or international student sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
