Role Description

we are looking for an inspiring and forward-thinking CTO & Co-founder; He will be the principal architect of our core technology and the leader of our AI engineering culture. Demonstrated success in building and scaling elite technical teams while delivering enterprise-level products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate to define and execute the long-term technology strategy, roadmap, and architecture, with a heavy focus on scalable AI/ML/IOT Solutions.
  • Leading the design and implementation of proprietary, custom Generative AI solutions and Deep Learning models tailored to our specific market needs.
  • Drive innovation through emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, data analytics, and automation to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
  • Build, mentor, and lead AI teams from scratch, cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring technical execution aligns with business goals and market demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
    Computer
    Engineering, AI or related field.
  • 10+ years' Experience in AI/ Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and integrating them into commercial products.
  • Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Deep understanding of AI, IoT, and ERP systems.
