About the Role

We're looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder who will lead the end-to-end technology strategy, product architecture, and development of our next-generation AI-powered platform.

You'll be responsible for building and scaling a modern, robust, and user-centric system that bridges backend, frontend, and mobile experiences, driving innovation across all layers of the stack.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product technology roadmap from architecture to execution, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Lead the engineering function, backend, frontend, and mobile, and oversee end-to-end development cycles.
  • Build a high-performing, agile team with a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Implement AI-driven features and integrate emerging technologies (ML, predictive models, automation tools, LLM APIs, etc.).
  • Drive technical due diligence for investors and ensure a solid, scalable infrastructure for rapid growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO/co-founders on product direction, feature prioritization, and market fit validation.
  • Select the right tools, frameworks, and architecture for rapid prototyping and long-term stability.
  • Ensure smooth integration between web and mobile applications (React, Flutter, or similar).

What We're Looking For

  • Proven full-stack experience: backend (Laravel, , Python, Django, or similar) and frontend (React, , or Vue).
  • Strong understanding of mobile app frameworks (Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS).
  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Awareness and hands-on familiarity with AI technologies, APIs, and frameworks (OpenAI, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.).
  • Experience with data architecture, analytics pipelines, and security best practices.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in a startup environment, ready to build from zero to one.
  • Previous startup or co-founder experience is a strong plus.
