Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new talent. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, managing employer branding initiatives, sourcing and attracting candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The role plays an essential part in building a strong, diverse team aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Skilled in Interviewing and Hiring practices
  • Experience with Employer Branding strategies and initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction or development industry is a plus
