Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Manager, based in New Cairo. The IT Manager will oversee the information technology operations, ensure systems are secure and efficient, and manage the organization's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing and implementing IT policies, diagnosing hardware and software issues, managing IT projects, and leading a team of IT professionals. The position also involves coordinating with other departments to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in areas such as network administration, system integration, and database management
  • Proficiency in IT project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • Experience with IT governance, policy development, and compliance standards
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior experience in IT management within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
