We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in Sadat City and play a key role in maintaining efficient production operations, improving processes, and supporting the company's continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operation and achievement of production targets.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to minimize downtime and maintain consistent workflow.
  • Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and efficiency.
  • Lead process improvement projects to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Prepare daily and weekly production reports and analyze performance trends.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
  • Participate in commissioning, testing, and validation of new equipment or product lines.
  • Train operators and ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing (preferably juice production).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
