We are seeking a
Production Engineer
to join our team in Sadat City and play a key role in maintaining efficient production operations, improving processes, and supporting the company's continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operation and achievement of production targets.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to minimize downtime and maintain consistent workflow.
- Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Lead process improvement projects to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports and analyze performance trends.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
- Participate in commissioning, testing, and validation of new equipment or product lines.
- Train operators and ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
. - 2–4 years of experience in
food or beverage manufacturing
(preferably juice production). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
