Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager, located in Nasr City. The Customer Relations Manager will oversee and enhance customer experience, manage customer inquiries and complaints, and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, developing effective communication strategies, guiding team efforts in problem resolution, and ensuring that client feedback translates into actionable improvements to enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Client Interaction
  • Strong problem-solving, Conflict Resolution, and Decision-making skills
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to handle escalations and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proven leadership and Team Management skills
  • Proficiency in customer management tools and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or related field preferred
  • Background in the real estate or development industry is a plus
