Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring positive interactions and outcome
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills to maintain professional and courteous interactions
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus; familiarity with industry-related tools or software is beneficial
