Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and organized Admin & Customer Service Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, manage client communication, and support daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and lawyers' schedules.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and files.
  • Support the HR and administrative functions as needed.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up on client cases and ensure all required documents are collected.
  • Handle basic office tasks such as scanning, printing, and filing.
  • Ensure the reception and office areas are always presentable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or customer service (law firm experience is an advantage).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
