Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Admin & Customer Service Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, manage client communication, and support daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and lawyers' schedules.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and files.
- Support the HR and administrative functions as needed.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on client cases and ensure all required documents are collected.
- Handle basic office tasks such as scanning, printing, and filing.
- Ensure the reception and office areas are always presentable.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or customer service (law firm experience is an advantage).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
