Responsibilities:

·       Be proficient in daily spa operations including opening and closing spa responsibilities.

·       Direct liaison between the group meeting planner and spa operations in order to produce successful Spa experience.

·       Complete maintenance requests daily for all maintenance issues reported.

·       Utilize established program resources and materials in providing information and resources to program leaders, and participants in established 4-H Program.

·       Utilize a variety of educational methods which may include direct teaching, group experiences, media, newsletters, electronic technology, internet, and distance learning to deliver programs that meet goals identified in the Plan of Work.

·       Serve as subject matter resource in discipline, specifically dairy, youth development and 4-H volunteer involvement.

·       Foster acceptance of programs, methods, and policies to address community and individual needs and consider diverse audiences through frequent contact with program participants, parents, and volunteers.

·       May be involved in multidisciplinary team efforts to deliver program.

·       Will assist in teaching innovative educational programs.

·       Will assist in multi-association team efforts to deliver program.

Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

·       At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.

·       Experience in a spa or wellness center preferred.

·       Excellent organizational and communication skills.

·       Proven ability to manage teams and lead by example.

·       Proficient in computer software such as scheduling and inventory management program.

·       Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
