Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
  • Liaise with travel agents, hotels, and transport providers.
  • Handle bookings, logistics, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Ensure all tours run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Stay up to date with travel trends and destinations to provide fresh, exciting offers.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a Tour Operator or Travel Agency role.
  • Strong destination knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent command of English — both written and spoken.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with travel software and booking systems is a plus.
