Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt for a BIM Manager. The BIM Manager will oversee and coordinate Building Information Modeling processes, manage model development, and ensure seamless collaboration among project teams. Responsibilities include leading BIM coordination meetings, ensuring compliance with project standards, and facilitating the integration of design methodologies such as architecture and MEP systems. Additionally, the BIM Manager will troubleshoot design clashes and support virtual design workflows to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
  • Experience with Virtual Design processes and workflows
  • Familiarity with architectural design principles and methodologies
  • Strong Project Management skills is a must
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration in BIM
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English is a must
  • Interpersonal skills to engage and facilitate constructive meetings with clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the construction or design industry is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus
