We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BIM Modeler with a working knowledge of Revit to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the AEC industry and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Assist in the development of BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, or MEP projects.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and senior BIM technicians to produce accurate and coordinated drawings.

Support the design team by preparing construction documents, shop drawings, and schedules.

Follow company BIM standards and workflows.

Participate in model coordination and clash detection sessions.

Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as required.

Develop accurate and detailed 3D models.

Prepare and manage sheets using company templates.

Apply annotations correctly and consistently.

Produce clear and professional presentation drawings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper if relevant.

Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows.

Attention to detail in annotation and documentation.

Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.
