About the Role:

We are hiring a BIM MEP Engineer to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) BIM models and ensuring design integration across all building systems.

Key Responsibilities:


• Create, modify, and manage MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.


• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural teams to prevent conflicts.


• Ensure MEP drawings and models meet project standards and client requirements.


• Conduct clash detection and resolve design issues efficiently.


• Support project delivery by linking MEP models to 4D schedules when needed.


• Prepare shop drawings and ensure accuracy before site execution.


• Collaborate with BIM Team Leader and project managers to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.


• 1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.


• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and related BIM tools.


• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in building projects.


• Familiarity with Navisworks or similar coordination tools.


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator.
