Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant position based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage reconciliations, prepare financial statements and reports, and assist with audits. Additionally, the role includes monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial data, and supporting the development of budgeting and forecasting processes. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with team members to maintain accurate financial records and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Accounting and financial reporting skills, including expertise in reconciliations, auditing, and preparation of financial statements
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and financial analysis
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA qualification is a plus)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and client interactions
  • Relevant experience in accounting, with a preference for candidates who have worked in diverse industries
