Procurement and Purchasing Specialist

to work on the Nuclear Power Plant Project in Egypt

About the Role

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Purchasing Specialist to manage the company's purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, solid market awareness, and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

About The Company

  • The TITAN-2 construction holding is one of the largest and fast-growing companies in Russia. The holding includes five main companies building nuclear, thermal power, oil and gas and chemical facilities, airfields, jetties, residential properties, roads and much more.

  • JSC "CONCERN TITAN-2" is currently working on the construction and installation base and plans to take part in the main construction period in terms of the construction of the Nuclear Islands of two power units, as well as onshore hydraulic structures for four power units of the EL-DABAA NPP.

  • the project involves the construction of 4 power units. The site is located in the area of El Alamein, Egypt (300 km northwest of Cairo).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for quality, price, and delivery.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions in accordance with company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key vendors and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • English Language is a MUST
  • Minimum [1–3] years of experience in procurement or purchasing in Construction Industry is a MUST
  • Proficiency in ERP or purchasing system 1C.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
