Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Manager, located in Cairo. The Administrative Manager will oversee and streamline daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, manage schedules, and maintain effective communication across departments. Responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, planning and coordinating meetings, managing office resources, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing teams, delegating tasks, and fostering collaboration
  • Proficiency in overseeing schedules, meetings, and administrative workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency in using office software and familiarity with administrative tools
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a managerial or administrative leadership role is preferred
