Location: Elsheikh Zayed, Giza

Okhtein is seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented Product Developer
to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in bags, accessories, or soft goods and is passionate about bringing luxury designs to life with precision, creativity, and strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support designers in developing new bag & accessory concepts.
  • Coordinate samples, prototypes, timelines, and supplier communication.
  • Source materials, trims, and hardware; maintain a structured material library.
  • Create and update BOMs, development logs, and ERP/PLM entries.
  • Manage sample tracking and prepare pieces for reviews and presentations.
  • Ensure product quality meets Okhtein standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with merchandising, production, and marketing.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in product development (bags, luggage, or accessories preferred).
  • Degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Textile Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, construction, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic bookkeeping or ERP experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials is an added advantage.
