Job Purpose

Support the Chartering and Operations team by managing daily marine operational tasks, maintaining CTRM system updates, coordinating payments, and providing back-office support for shipments of Urea, Ammonia, and containers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily marine operational tasks for dry cargo, tanker, and container shipments.
  • Coordinate operational activities for in-house shipments.
  • Maintain accurate updates within CTRM systems and Marine ERP platforms.
  • Track vessel schedules, port line-ups, and cargo movements.
  • Manage payment coordination, invoicing, and cost-tracking activities.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Support logistics analysis, trade flow data, and documentation processes.
  • Ensure high-quality administrative support with strong attention to detail.
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining professional accuracy.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Maritime Business or Maritime Law background is a plus.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in marine or shipping operations

  • Dry cargo and/or tanker operations
  • Container operations (preferred)

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with Marine ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding or hands-on experience with CTRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and data handling abilities.
  • Advanced computer proficiency.

Language

  • English: Fluent (B1 level).
