Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ain Sokhna, for a Chinese-speaking Administrator for one of our clients
Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd
. The Administrator will handle daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and office management. Responsibilities also include assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating meetings, and managing databases. The Administrator will support both internal teams and external clients by ensuring smooth communications and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• Experience in administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and office management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Chinese language or related field is preferred
