We are hiring for

.The Chinese-speaking
Admin / Operations Officer
will act as a key link between Chinese and local teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination of daily business activities. The role involves handling administrative tasks, supporting operational processes, and facilitating cross-cultural collaboration to enhance overall workflow and productivity.

Responsibilities

Support daily administrative and operational tasks

Coordinate between Chinese and local teams

Prepare reports and documentation in Chinese and English

Assist in communication and project coordination

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in equivalent studies.

Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in Chinese language, preferably in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments.

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Language:
Excellent command of Chinese (spoken and written). English is preferably (if applicable to the work environment).
