Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team. No prior experience is required, only a genuine desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the company. The selected candidate will work directly under our Sales Manager, receiving hands-on training and guidance to develop into a strong, independent sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day sales activities including client communication, order coordination, and follow-ups.
• Learn the company's full range of products, markets, and customer base.
• Support the Sales Manager in maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new leads.
• Participate in client visits, meetings, and sales calls.
• Help prepare quotations, sales reports, and documentation.
• Gradually take on more responsibility as knowledge and confidence grow.
Requirements
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong motivation to learn and grow within the company.
• Good communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
• Strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, and teamwork.
• Must be based in or able to commute to KM 14 Cairo Alexandria Agricultural Road.

نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن شخص طموح ومتحمس للانضمام إلى فريق المبيعات لدينا. لا يُشترط وجود خبرة سابقة، المهم هو الرغبة في التعلم والنمو وبناء مسيرة مهنية طويلة داخل الشركة. سيعمل المتقدم مباشرة تحت إشراف مدير المبيعات ويتلقى تدريباً عملياً وتوجيهاً مستمراً ليصبح في المستقبل أحد أفراد الفريق الأساسيين في المبيعات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في أعمال المبيعات اليومية، مثل التواصل مع العملاء ومتابعة الطلبات.
- التعرف على منتجات الشركة وأنواعها والأسواق التي تخدمها.
- دعم مدير المبيعات في الحفاظ على علاقات العملاء الحاليين وتطوير عملاء جدد.
- المشاركة في زيارات واجتماعات العملاء ومكالمات المبيعات.
- المساعدة في إعداد عروض الأسعار والتقارير والمراسلات.
- زيادة المسؤوليات تدريجياً مع اكتساب الخبرة والثقة.

- لا يُشترط الخبرة السابقة، التدريب سيتم داخل الشركة.
- الحافز القوي للتعلم والتطور المهني.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وسلوك محترم وإيجابي.
- إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر (Word، Excel، البريد الإلكتروني).
- الالتزام والانتماء وروح العمل الجماعي.
- الإقامة بالقرب من أو القدرة على التنقل إلى الكيلو 14 طريق القاهرة–الإسكندرية الزراعي.
