Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager (Pharmacist) located in Giza. The Branch Manager will manage daily pharmacy operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing financial performance, and maintaining professional relationships with customers and suppliers. The role also involves implementing quality control measures and promoting a healthy team environment.

Qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical expertise, including inventory management, prescription oversight, and regulatory compliance
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff effectively
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a positive experience
  • Financial management and problem-solving skills to oversee budgets, manage expenses, and address operational challenges
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle day-to-day operations efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent; a valid pharmacist license is required
  • Past experience in pharmacy management or a similar leadership role is a plus
  • Proficiency in pharmacy software and digital tools is advantageous
