Job Title: Branch Manager – Jewellery

Location: Sheikh Zayed – Galleria 40

We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Branch Manager
to lead our jewellery branch in Sheikh Zayed (Galleria 40). The ideal candidate
must have solid experience in the jewellery industry
, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and client experience
  • Ensure the branch visual standards and product displays reflect the brand identity
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and store security procedures
  • Handle client inquiries, VIP customers, and after-sales issues professionally
  • Prepare sales reports and share performance insights with management

Qualifications

  • Mandatory:
    Proven experience in the
    jewellery industry
  • Previous experience in retail or branch management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and sales orientation
  • High level of professionalism and presentability
