Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Customer Service based in Cairo. The Head of Customer Service will oversee all aspects of customer service operations, ensuring superior customer satisfaction and a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include managing customer service teams, analyzing customer feedback to improve service delivery, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience. The role also requires ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and aligning services with the principles of Islamic banking.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
  • Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data and derive actionable insights
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service processes and ability to implement improvements
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Educational background in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with an understanding of Islamic banking principles, is preferred
