Role Description

The English Customer Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The associate will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to resolve issues, and ensure an excellent service experience. Day-to-day tasks include effectively communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat, translating and responding to queries in English, and providing necessary product or service training to customers. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers
  • Customer Service experience, including the ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
  • Proficiency in English Teaching and Translation
  • Experience or aptitude in providing Training to customers or team members
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Canon products or similar technical product support is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields, such as Communication or Language Studies
