Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Advisor role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service. This is an on-site position that requires excellent telephone manners and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Flexibility with rotational night and overnight shifts
  • Fluency in English (B2 - C1)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
