About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Cyber Security Specialists to strengthen our organization's security posture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and enforcing compliance standards
(ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

You will play a key role in protecting our digital assets, infrastructure, and sensitive data across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Security Monitoring & Incident Response

  • Monitor SIEM alerts (Wazuh, Splunk, Sentinel, ELK).
  • Analyze logs and security events across networks, endpoints, and cloud.
  • Investigate phishing, malware, and suspicious activity.
  • Support incident response and root-cause analysis.

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

  • Maintain and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Participate in audits and compliance assessments (ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Update and manage risk registers.
  • Support security awareness and training initiatives.

Vulnerability & Threat Management

  • Perform vulnerability scans (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS).
  • Track remediation activities and report on security posture.
  • Monitor threat intelligence, IOCs, and CVEs.

Tools & Automation

  • Tune SIEM/SOAR rules and alerts.
  • Support automation workflows for improved detection.
  • Contribute to DevSecOps checks within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 3–8+ years in cybersecurity, SOC, or compliance (based on level).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Wazuh, Splunk, Sentinel, ELK, QRadar).
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Experience with vulnerability tools (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS).
  • Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and Azure environments.
