Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor security systems, firewalls, SIEM tools, and network traffic for potential threats.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain incident logs and prepare post-incident analysis reports.
  • Implement and manage cybersecurity controls aligned with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability scans, penetration testing coordination, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure secure configuration of servers, endpoints, cloud platforms, and business applications.
  • Maintain and update cybersecurity tools such as antivirus, EDR, MFA, and IAM systems
  • Enforce data security policies to protect confidential customers, employee, and financial data.
  • Support compliance with Egyptian data protection laws and industry standards.
  • Review and assess third-party vendors and technology partners for security risks.
  • Support audit processes and generate security compliance documentation.
  • Develop, update, and enforce cybersecurity policies, SOPs, and security frameworks.
  • Maintain documentation for system security, access management, and network architecture.
  • Support business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and testing.
  • Develop and lead cybersecurity awareness programs for employees.
  • Train teams on phishing prevention, data protection, and safe system usage.
  • Enforce company-wide security protocols and update users on new threats.

Job Specifications:

  • Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in real estate, construction, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong working experience with Oracle NetSuite (Finance & Procurement modules required). Familiarity with real estate-specific software (e.g., MLS, property management software, CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Skills:

  • Fortinet Firewall (3–4 years of experience - must).
  • Infoblox Firewall (3–4 years of experience - must).
  • Nozomi OT Cybersecurity (added value).
  • CCST Cybersecurity Certificate (must).
  • CCNP Cybersecurity Certificate (added value).
  • CCNA Certificate (must)Threat detection & response.
  • Network and application security.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Good in spoken and written English.
